END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR SIT BY ME

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Sit By Me, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Sit By Me mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Sit By Me grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. USER OBLIGATIONS

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and interactions.
• Use the App in a respectful and lawful manner.
• Abide by all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree that you will NOT:

• Post, share, or distribute any content that is obscene, offensive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
• Impersonate another individual or provide false information.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access, hack, or modify the App’s code, servers, or data.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: Sit By Me has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Any violations may result in immediate termination of your account, reporting to authorities, and legal action where applicable.

4. CONTENT AND USER INTERACTIONS

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for all content you post or share through the App.
• The Company does not endorse or assume responsibility for user-generated content.
• We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates this Agreement.

5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate this Agreement.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sit By Me shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
